Warranty Repairs:
Customers do not need to call Apple to have a repair
scheduled. Simply bring your computer and a copy of your original
purchase receipt, or Apple Care Agreement Number into our Service
Department and we will take it from there. Didn't buy your Mac from
us? Doesn't matter! No matter where you purchased your Mac, we can
provide warranty service without the hassle.
Some systems come with onsite warranty coverage that
even covers drive time, pickup and/or delivery where possible (limited
due to part stocking and safety restrictions). Call us for details
or coverage information. Customers who bring their machine in to our
store will take advantage of a speedier turnaround in most cases.
Don't live within reasonable driving distance to The Computer Shoppe?
Mail your machine to us and we'll take care of you as if you had just
walked in the door.
The original Apple warranty and the extended AppleCare
warranty covers hardware parts and the labor associated with fixing
or replacing those parts.
